We reserve the right to substitute balloons that are not in stock, provided the substitution will not substantially change the theme of the installation.
Weather & Atmospheric Conditions: Clients understand that some decor items may be affected by temperature and humidity and that Better Balloons cannot be held responsible for the décor in an uncontrolled climate, such as rain or extreme heat and/or unforeseen acts of nature. In that case, Better Balloons has the option of making changes to the décor in the best interest of the Client. We never guarantee perfect results with balloon decor outdoors. However, we further state that we will do everything in our power to make sure the decor will hold up by using the best quality of balloons.
Liability Statement
Balloons are, by nature, temporary items. Although Better Balloons uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight, and other uncontrollable factors.
Latex and micro foil balloons pose no threat to humans, wildlife, or the environment WHEN handled responsibly. Broken or uninflated balloons can cause harm to young children and pets and should be disposed of immediately. Children under the age of seven (7) should be under constant adult supervision while playing with latex balloons. Balloons are a choking hazard, and the Client is responsible for not giving balloons to children three (3) years of age and younger. Our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable, but should not be released. They should be disposed of in a proper trash receptacle.
Better Balloons is not liable for actions by others or weather conditions beyond Better Balloons control. In that case, Better Balloons retains the right to abort the project at any time should we believe that to continue may damage the reputation of the Client and/or Better Balloons and/or cause a safety hazard.
DECORATION DELIVERY AND SETUP FEES
Delivery and setup fees for decoration vary depending on the amount of work. Some decor items include special stands, frames, and other materials that we have to pick up after the event, which will cost extra.
What are Balloon Installations?
Balloon Installations are different from the standard bunch of balloons. They’re wonderful, unusual, whimsical, creative, sometimes wacky, but never boring. They will elevate your event from memorable to unforgettable and provide an amazing photo zone.
How long do the balloons last?
One of the great things about our designs is that they can last up to a month with proper care. Keep your balloons cool and away from direct sunlight and they’ll last longest.
What if some balloons pop?
We always try and provide extra balloons at no charge.
How far in advance should I place an order?
We generally recommend placing orders at least 2 month in advance to ensure availability, however, we may be able to provide balloons next day for the last minute depending on availability.
Can I get someone in person to help setup my event?
Better Balloons serves from Miami-Dade County to Port St Lucie County for on site installation and tear down services. We can arrange this service for an additional charge. Please submit a quote request online or call us to make arrangements.
